IFZA Dubai is hiring a Communications Manager to lead external and internal strategies, strengthen reputation, and boost employee engagement. You will manage PR, media relations, internal channels, and key corporate events, ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment with strategic priorities.

The role includes planning bi-annual Town Halls, executive communications, and analytics-driven reporting to continuously improve effectiveness and engagement across a diverse, international team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Proven media relations and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience developing executive-level communications materials.
• Strong project management and event coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
• Experience using internal communications platforms and reporting dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute IFZA's public relations and corporate communications strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, industry influencers, and strategic stakeholders.
• Manage press releases, media statements, executive articles, opinion pieces, and corporate announcements.
• Coordinate media interviews, speaking opportunities, podcasts, and external engagements.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Support crisis and issue management communications when required.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all external communications channels.
• Manage external communications agencies and suppliers where applicable.
• Develop and execute IFZA's internal communications strategy to support employee engagement.
