Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai seeks a highly experienced Head of Construction to lead our real estate development projects across the emirate. The role requires a strong background in civil engineering and architecture, coupled with deep operational leadership under the GUnlimited license.

You will oversee multi-trade subcontractors, ensure regulatory compliance with the Dubai Building Code, and deliver value through cost optimization and strategic project delivery.

Qualifications

• Education in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture.
• Engineer Card with GUnlimited license (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai construction.
• At least 7 years as Construction Director / Chief Project Engineer.
• At least 5 years in a real estate development company.
• At least 3 years in a general contracting company.
• Successfully delivered minimum 2 projects under GUnlimited license within a general contracting firm.
• Proven experience working with authorities like Nakheel Trakheesi DDA DLD.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Code and regulatory frameworks.
• Skilled in subcontractor management and coordination of multi-trade suppliers (local international).
• Value engineering, Load/volume recalculation, Modern materials & technology application.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Head of Construction to lead our real estate development projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and architecture combined with deep operational experience managing complex developments under GUnlimited license.

Key Requirements

• Education in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture
• Holder of Engineer Card with GUnlimited license (mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai construction
• At least 7 years as Construction Director / Chief Project Engineer
• At least 5 years in a real estate development company
• At least 3 years in a general contracting company
