Job summary

Eiger Marvel Human Resource Consultancies in Dubai is seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to lead civil construction and interior fit-out projects. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with Dubai authorities, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years UAE experience, and proven success managing residential, commercial, retail or hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, retail or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA and UAE authority procedures.
• G4 Accreditation is mandatory.
• Trakhees Engineering Accreditation/Card is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and Primavera is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction and interior fit-out projects from commencement to handover.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical documents prior to execution.
• Coordinate authority approvals, inspections, permits and NOCs with Dubai authorities.

Construction Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedConstruction Engineerwith a minimum of5 years of UAE experienceincivil construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution supervising site activities coordinating with UAE authorities and ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and in compliance with all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction and interior fit-out projects from commencement to handover.
• Plan coordinate and monitor project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review drawings BOQs specifications and technical documents before execution.
• Coordinate authority approvals inspections permits and NOCs with Dubai Municipality (DM) Trakhees Dubai Development Authority (DDA) Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations authority requirements and HSE standards.
• Manage site engineers supervisors subcontractors and labour teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor quality material usage productivity and project progress.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports inspection requests project documentation and close-out reports.
• Ensure all statutory approvals and authority requirements are completed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum5 years of UAE experiencein civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing residential commercial retail or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality Trakhees DDA Dubai Civil Defence and other UAE authority procedures.
• G4 Accreditation (Mandatory).
• Trakhees Engineering Accreditation/Card (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations authority submissions inspections and approvals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project Primavera (preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership communication and project coordination skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
