Dubai-based real estate developer seeks an experienced Construction Manager to own on-site delivery of residential development projects.

The role requires hands-on construction leadership, coordinating contractors, consultants and engineering teams to meet quality, programme and budget targets on site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of relevant construction experience in residential or mixed-use developments.
• End-to-end project delivery experience from design to handover.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering.
• UAE/Dubai experience with main contractor or real estate developer preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a Dubai-based real estate developer and take ownership of the on-site delivery of residential development projects.

The role requires a strong hands-on construction professional who understands the full project lifecycle and can effectively manage contractors, consultants and engineering teams to deliver projects to the required quality, programme and budget .

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of construction execution and day-to-day project delivery on site.
  
• Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, subcontractors and engineering teams.
  
• Review Shop Drawings, RFIs and technical submissions , identify clashes and buildability issues, and drive practical solutions.
  
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and fit-out interfaces.
  
• Monitor construction progress against programme and proactively address delays and delivery risks.
  
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.
  
• Drive value engineering and cost optimisation opportunities without compromising quality or the intended product.
  
• Oversee inspections, testing, snagging, handover and project close-out.
  
• Maintain strong control over quality, safety and contractor performance.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of relevant construction experience , preferably within residential or mixed-use developments.
  
• Proven participation in end-to-end project delivery is mandatory , with experience taking projects through the full lifecycle to completion and handover.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
• UAE experience is essential, including successful delivery of at least 1–2 projects in Dubai .
  
• Previous experience with a main contractor or real estate developer is required
  
• Strong hands-on knowledge of construction execution, sequencing, buildability and site operations.
  
• Excellent ability to review Shop Drawings, RFIs and technical documentation and resolve site issues.
  
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, MEP and fit-out coordination.
  
• Good knowledge of Dubai construction procedures, approvals, inspections and handover processes.
