• Expertise in bid/proposal management, pricing, financial structuring, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, commercial structuring, and submission of bids/proposals for Gas Services in the Middle East.
• Ensure offers align with financial guidelines, profitability targets, and risk policies.
• Direct contract negotiations with customers/partners to secure favorable terms.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team across Dubai and Dammam.
• Monitor KPIs, order intake margins, and bid-to-win ratios for leadership review.
