Siemens Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Team Lead for Gas Services ME in the Middle East. You will lead a team of Quality professionals and drive world-class operational excellence across the full lifecycle from Sales to Project Execution, focusing on governance and standards within Gas Services.

You will champion People, Process, and Tools, align with regional leadership, and drive digitalization, NCC reductions, and customer satisfaction initiatives to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Management, Field Services, Project Management, Operational Excellence, within Power Generation, Energy, or relevant industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving change in a matrix organization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification is considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is considered an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Regional Quality Engineers and Quality Specialists across the Middle East region.
• Drive the deployment of the regional Quality Strategy while ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, and Siemens Energy values.
• Foster a strong culture focused on People, Process, and Tools, promoting quality ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders across Sales, Project Management, Outage Execution and Customer Support.
• Drive quality transformation initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, process compliance, and business performance.
