Job summary

Mintlayer in Abu Dhabi is seeking a fundraising lead to drive Pre-Series A activities, manage data rooms, and lead investor outreach and due diligence coordination. You will also negotiate term sheets and build the institutional LP pipeline for Interest One fund vehicles, while owning the ML token treasury strategy with the tokenomics team.

The role requires a strong GCC institutional finance network, experience presenting to investment committees, and expertise in token-to-equity conversions

Qualifications

• Series A or B fundraising experience with institutional capital markets background.
• Strong network in GCC institutional finance including SWFs, family offices, and HNWI allocators.
• Understanding of token-to-equity conversion structures and digital asset fund mechanics.
• Experience presenting to institutional investment committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the Pre-Series A close and manage the data room.
• Investor outreach and due diligence coordination.
• Negotiate term sheets and structure investor rights frameworks.
• Build and manage the institutional LP pipeline for Interest One fund vehicles.
• Own ML token treasury strategy in coordination with the tokenomics team.
• Report to the CEO and board on capital pipeline status and treasury position.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Series A or B fundraising experience, or institutional capital markets background
• Network in GCC institutional finance: sovereign wealth, family offices, HNWI allocators
• Understanding of token-to-equity conversion structures and digital asset fund mechanics
• Experience presenting to investment committees at institutional level
