Job summary

Mintlayer is seeking a Derivatives Product Lead to design and launch a comprehensive Bitcoin derivatives product suite. You will create term sheets, pricing frameworks, and manage relationships with Deribit, CME and OTC desks while shaping regulatory compliance for multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with the Head of Digital Asset Fund to integrate derivatives into yield strategies and produce market-ready materials for the Funds Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with global

Qualifications

• 5+ years derivatives structuring, trading, or product development.
• Experience across TradFi derivatives and on-chain equivalents.
• Understanding of Bitcoin derivatives markets: Deribit, CME, and OTC.
• Regulatory awareness of derivatives under MiCA, ADGM, or SEC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the Interest One derivatives product suite.
• Build product term sheets templates and pricing frameworks.
• Manage exchange and OTC counterparty relationships for derivatives execution.
• Develop regulatory compliance framework for derivatives products.
