Job summary

CNS is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations including TA, HR processes, onboarding, training, staff handling and performance management. You will drive operations across recruitment, onboarding, billing, collections and governance to align with company goals.

Responsibilities include supervision of teams, process improvements, and maintaining documentation in systems such as SmartRecruiters, with a focus on cost control and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in operations, HR, or business management roles.
• Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or service-based environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day to day operations of EoD regarding overall business, including TA, HR processes, staff onboarding, inductions and training, staff handling and crisis resolution, staff performance analysis and feedback, staff motivations, appraisal experiences and benefit proposals, team build-ups, monitoring documentation, compliance and aligning with company goals and policies.
• Sales Operations until Collection of AR.
• Billing & Collections: oversee AR and monitor collections, identify high-risk accounts, ensure timely invoicing.
• Operations & Documentation: maintain client contracts, invoicing, and business correspondence; ensure data accuracy in systems such as SmartRecruiters; drive process improvements.
• Logistics & Cost Control: oversee IT assets, hardware allocation, transportation and related operational support; optimize cost efficiency.
• Compliance & Governance: ensure adherence to policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements; audit readiness.
• Team Leadership & Communication: build and lead a high-performing operations team; ensure cross-department communication.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare weekly/monthly reports; track KPIs and provide insights on hiring, utilization, collections.
• Key Deliverables / Reporting: weekly updates to Business Unit Director on hiring, TA, tracking, collections and AR.

Education
