Job summary

AnywhereJobs FZCO seeks a Head of Business Development to establish and scale our UAE operation from Dubai. You will lead a growing sales team, win new employer accounts, and set pricing with the Managing Director, driving deployments across multiple sectors.

You will travel regularly across the UAE and to India to conduct interview drives, build a balanced client base, and monitor market changes affecting visa quotas and fees. Fluent English is required; Hindi/Urdu preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, incl. manpower, recruitment or facilities management.
• Proven record of winning and closing corporate clients personally.
• Existing network with UAE HR heads and procurement managers.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the sales pipeline across logistics, construction, MEP, hospitality, FM, manufacturing and healthcare.
• Personally win new employer accounts and sign service agreements with terms.
• Set pricing together with MD and lead KAMs with scoped accounts.
• Lead large interview drives in India with clients and the India team.
• Forecast monthly demand by trade to source ahead of orders.
• Drive growth in worker deployments and employer accounts monthly.
• Ensure client payments are collected on time and manage market monitoring.
