Job summary

Elite Group Holding seeks an experienced AI & Automation Lead to drive enterprise AI and intelligent automation across multiple businesses and corporate functions.

You will translate strategy into delivery, leading discovery, pilots, deployment, adoption and continuous improvement, with governance and risk controls.

The role demands 8+ years in AI/automation, proven enterprise leadership, and hands-on delivery with SAP, Salesforce, and similar platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across AI, data, automation, software, or digital transformation.
• At least three years of direct experience leading enterprise AI, generative AI, machine-learning, or intelligent-automation initiatives.
• Proven success delivering AI or automation solutions into secure production environments.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, workflow automation, data governance, and responsible AI.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Genesys, Microsoft 365, or comparable technologies.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, programme, and change-management capabilities.
• Experience across automotive, leasing, real estate, construction, retail, or diversified groups would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise AI and automation strategy, operating model, governance framework, policies and roadmap.
• Establish responsible-AI controls covering privacy, security, human oversight, transparency, model risk and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases with business stakeholders.
• Lead solutions from discovery, design and proof of concept through UAT, production deployment, monitoring and benefits realization.
• Deliver initiatives involving generative AI, enterprise copilots, AI agents, intelligent document processing, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and customer-service automation.
• Ensure secure integration with ERP, CRM, contact-centre, HR, document-management, web, mobile and collaboration platforms.
• Establish governance for RPA, low-code/no-code automation and citizen development.
• Drive AI literacy, change management, user adoption and internal capability development.
