HYF Medical Center in Dubai UAE is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead and manage the nursing team in a fast-paced international healthcare setting. You will ensure high standards of patient care, oversee clinical operations, and maintain DHA compliance and documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient safety, quality, and staff development within a premium healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and valid DHA license or eligibility.
• 5 years nursing experience with supervisory or leadership background.
• Experience in a medical center, hospital, or UAE clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team, coordinating daily operations.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, monitoring and safety.
• Maintain infection control, hygiene, and QA processes.
• Ensure DHA/licensing compliance and regulatory documentation.
• Oversee staff training, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with doctors and departments to support care delivery.
• Prepare rosters, manage supplies, and monitor equipment.
• Support VIP/international patients and emergency readiness.
