Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role such as Charge Nurse, Head Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Nursing Team Leader, or Nursing Coordinator.
• Previous experience supervising nursing teams in a clinic, polyclinic, outpatient, or hospital environment.
• Strong knowledge of DHA standards, infection control, clinical governance, and nursing compliance requirements.
• Experience in a multi‑specialty outpatient clinic is highly desirable.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are desirable.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and support nursing staff.

Responsibilities
