Job summary

Responsibilities include updating guest profiles, resolving issues swiftly, and coordinating with Sales and Reservations to accommodate last-minute changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably luxury hotel or 5-star environment.
• Proficiency in property management systems and reservations software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle challenging situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Verify guest preferences and ensure accurate room assignments.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Provide concierge services for transportation, dining, and activities.
• Keep guest profiles and reservations up-to-date and accurate.
