Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Bar Manager for the Delilah Supper Club to lead the beverage program at the resort’s food & beverage team. The role demands expert cocktails knowledge, strong leadership, and a focus on guest satisfaction at a luxury property in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

You will oversee bar operations, collaborate on menu development, maintain inventory, ensure safety standards, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service in a high-end hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years progressive bartending and bar management experience in upscale hospitality.
• Expert knowledge of classic and modern cocktails and premium spirits.
• Experience in inventory, ordering, and par level management to minimize waste.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with Beverage Manager to develop cocktails and update menus.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Set up the bar daily and maintain cleanliness.
• Manage billing and payments per procedures.
• Refer concerns to Beverage or General Manager when needed.
• Stay updated with training and participate in meetings.
• Check IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
