Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced HDD trenchless Project Manager to plan and supervise complex underground installations from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.

You will design bore paths, coordinate with clients and authorities, review drawings, monitor drilling operations and ensure HSE and QA/QC adherence while leading a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of HDD/trenchless project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HDD operations and bore path design.
• Experience in water, sewer, power, telecom or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with UAE utility standards (DEWA, RTA, DM, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera P6, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Review utility drawings, geotechnical reports and project specifications. Monitor drilling activities, drilling fluid management and bore stability. Ensure compliance with HSE, QA QC and project quality standards. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement and equipment mobilization. Prepare progress reports, as‑built documentation and resolve technical issues. Attend client meetings and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HDD/trenchless project management.
• Strong knowledge of HDD operations, bore path design and underground utility installations.
• Experience in water, sewer, power, telecom, gas or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with UAE utility authority standards (DEWA, RTA, DM, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem‑solving skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
