Job summary

Geoharbour Middle East Ground Engineering Services L.L.C. is looking for an experienced NDRC Micro‑Tunneling Project Manager in Dubai. You will lead and oversee trenchless infrastructure projects, managing delivery, compliance, and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the UAE and proven success in delivering NDRC projects. Strong technical knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced NDRC Micro‑Tunneling Project Manager to lead and oversee complex trenchless infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of NDRC Micro‑Tunneling projects from planning and mobilization through execution, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Manage project delivery to ensure compliance with project scope, budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements.
• Oversee site operations, subcontractors, consultants and project teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, utility authorities and stakeholders to secure approvals, permits and NOCs.
• Ensure compliance with requirements of RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA and other relevant authorities.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, budgets and progress reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, contractual correspondence and stakeholder communications.
• Lead interface management activities where NDRC works interact with existing infrastructure and utility corridors.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and industry best practices throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the same position as Project Manager – NDRC (Micro‑Tunneling).
• Proven experience delivering NDRC (Micro‑Tunneling) projects in Dubai.
• Successfully completed at least 2 RTA-related projects in Dubai.
• Demonstrated experience securing NOCs and approvals from Dubai authorities.
