HDD Project Lead — Trenchless Infrastructure Delivery

Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced HDD trenchless Project Manager to plan and supervise complex underground installations from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.

You will design bore paths, coordinate with clients and authorities, review drawings, monitor drilling operations and ensure HSE and QA/QC adherence while leading a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of HDD/trenchless project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HDD operations and bore path design.
• Experience in water, sewer, power, telecom or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with UAE utility standards (DEWA, RTA, DM, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera P6, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage HDD trenchless projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, utility authorities and subcontractors.
• Supervise HDD site operations and drilling teams.
• Review utility drawings, geotechnical reports and project specs.
• Monitor drilling activities, drilling fluid management and bore stability.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC and project standards.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, procurement and mobilization.
• Prepare progress reports and as-built documentation.
