Job summary

Sandoz in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) seeks a field-based sales professional to drive competitive growth in the specialty pharma segment (Gastroenterology/Rheumatology). You will identify high-potential customers, engage with HCPs, and tailor engagement journeys to deliver value and improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or related sciences, at least two years of UAE specialty pharma experience, and strong KOL engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science or other sciences.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the specialty pharma (Gastroenterology/Rheumatology preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE pharmaceutical market.
• Mobility within UAE geographical areas.
• KOL/KDM engagement and long-term business relationships.
• Strong scientific knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Professional approach and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive Competitive Sales Growth by identifying high-potential customers and prioritizing them through data analysis.
• Drive sales performance through orchestration of positive customer experiences.
• Engage in value-based conversations to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs.
• Build engagement with HCPs to develop sustained collaboration for Sandoz.
• Deliver customer-centric experiences beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs.
• Establish relationships with opinion leaders and KOLs to improve patient journeys.
• Gather insights and translate feedback into actionable value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Act as a trusted partner, maintaining integrity and speaking up when needed.
