Job summary

Amgen is seeking a seasoned Access & HCP engagement expert in the UAE to drive patient access for current and new products. You will build value propositions, map decision makers, and coordinate cross-functional interactions to achieve hospital formulary inclusion and favorable pricing.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma access, strong English communication, and experience with multinational teams. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Dubai-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years promoting pharmaceutical products.
• Experience introducing new products in hospitals.
• Experience negotiating access with hospital pharmacists and key decision makers.
• Strong understanding of decision makers in the area.
• Ability to read scientific articles and present in English.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and multinational companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop value propositions and negotiation strategies for key brands.
• Map decision processes and identify decision makers.
• Coordinate regular cross-functional interactions and align objectives.
• Demonstrate customer-centric mentality with insights into future landscape.
• Lead execution of the Key Account Excellence process.
• Liaise with PSP coordinator for patient support programs.
• Collaborate with Pricing on price control and business cases.
