Job summary

Transguard Group is recruiting for an Assistant Manager - Hard Services to join the Total Facilities Management team in Dubai. The role focuses on assisting the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations, coordinating with vendors, and delivering services to meet SLA/KPI targets.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in facility management in a managerial capacity, strong people management and cost-control skills, and a track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives within contract

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Facility Management in a managerial position.
• Experience in people management.
• Good influencing skills.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects - commercial and contract awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage day-to-day operational management for all FM services.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Supervise and develop the team to run operations on budget and within SLA/KPIs.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and support financial performance reviews.
• Liaise with clients to maintain highest service standards and regular contract reviews.
• Oversee procurement and ensure adherence to TG policies and procedures.
