Job summary
Transguard Group in Dubai is recruiting for an Assistant Manager - Hard Services to join our Total Facilities Management team. You will support the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure that the building is maintained and safe.
You will oversee maintenance, coordinate with vendors, monitor SLAs/KPIs, manage teams, and contribute to cost control and continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s in engineering or facilities management and 7+ years’ FM experience are expected, with UAE
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or facilities management is required.
- 7+ years in facility management with a managerial role.
- Proven project management and contractual/ commercial awareness.
- Strong people management and influencing skills.
- UAE driving license required.
Responsibilities
- Support the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations of FM services.
- Oversee maintenance activities, vendor coordination and safety compliance.
- Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Plan transport/accommodation and client liaison weekly.
- Prepare monthly operational and financial performance reports.
- Lead contract staff and ensure cost efficiency and timely invoicing.
