Job summary

Transguard Group in Dubai seeks an Account Manager – Facilities Management to lead commercial, operational, and service delivery across the UAE's hard and soft FM contracts. You will ensure contractual commitments, financial targets, and client expectations while driving excellence, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Engineering/Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent Total Facilities Management related services.
• Minimum experience of 8-10 years in management and service delivery of structured contracts (with SLA/KPI).
• Certification in FM standards or PM/CFM credentials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual performance of all assigned TFM contracts within scope and budgets.
• Achieve and exceed contract profitability targets by monitoring P&L performance and variances.
• Lead revenue planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for all contracts in the portfolio.
• Ensure manpower alignment with billable positions and manage staffing costs across hard & soft services.
• Review and submit commercial and technical proposals for renewals, variations, and ad-hoc works.
• Oversee timely invoicing in coordination with Finance and Central FM teams.
• Support bids/solutions team with technical and operational insights.
• Mentor Operations Managers and ensure cross-site continuity.
