Job summary

Flab Restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the financial and accounting operations for two restaurant branches (QSR and full-service). This hands-on role requires deep knowledge of restaurant costing, inventory, VAT and financial reporting.

You will handle daily accounting, payables/receivables, payroll, supplier invoices, POS integration, and ensure accuracy with ERP/Excel; independence and strong attention to detail are essential to support restaurant

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Restaurant / Café / F&B experience is required.
• Strong understanding of restaurant costing & inventory.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
• ERP experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to work independently.
