Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years progressive restaurant accounting experience.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L and balance sheet).
• Conduct inventory management to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
