Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC seeks a Finance Manager for a well-established hospitality organization in Dubai, UAE. The role leads financial planning, consolidation across outlets, and adherence to VAT, Corporate Tax, and labor laws.

The candidate will manage cash flow, cost controls for F&B, supplier negotiations, and ERP-based cost updates. 10–15 years in finance in hospitality with 4–6 years UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with CPA CMA ACCA or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• 10–15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with strong hospitality industry background.
• 4–6 years UAE experience in an established restaurant and bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for each outlet and the group.
• Manage financial consolidation of multiple profit centers and analyze variances across outlets.
• Oversee VAT, Corporate Tax and UAE labor law compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and DTCM requirements.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and payment gateway reconciliations.

Were recruiting a Finance Manager to join one of our clients a well-established hospitality organization based in Dubai UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established hospitality company based in Dubai UAE known for delivering high-quality dining experiences and exceptional service standards. The organization operates with a strong focus on culinary excellence guest satisfaction and innovation offering a diverse range of concepts that cater to both local and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements including P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements for each outlet and the group as a whole
  
• Manage the financial consolidation of multiple profit centers and analyze performance variances across different outlets and locations
  
• Oversee the administrative functions of the finance department while ensuring compliance with UAE VAT Corporate Tax and applicable UAE labor laws
  
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) requirements
  
• Manage cash flow banking relationships and payment gateway reconciliations including POS system integration
  
• Calculate the theoretical food and beverage cost for all menu items and conduct regular variance analysis between actual and theoretical costs to identify potential cost leakage
  
• Implement strict control measures for high-value liquor inventory including managing par levels monitoring pour costs and overseeing regular bar stock reconciliations
  
• Regularly update recipe costs in the ERP system to reflect changes in market prices and supplier costs
  
• Monitor and report on wastage spoilage and breakage while implementing effective controls to minimize losses
  
• Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for food beverages including alcoholic beverages and operational supplies
  
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to secure high-quality products at competitive prices without compromising operational standards
  
• Oversee the purchase order process ensuring that all purchases are properly approved received and matched with invoices through a three-way matching process
  
• Manage the procurement of alcoholic beverages ensuring that all imports and purchases comply with Dubai Customs requirements and applicable alcohol licensing regulations
  
• Lead supervise and mentor the finance procurement and store keeping teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  
• Establish and enforce strong internal control policies and procedures to prevent theft fraud financial irregularities and misuse of company assets

• Minimum 1015 years of experience in finance and accounting with strong experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry
  
• Minimum 46 years of UAE experience in an established restaurant and bar environment
