We are seeking an accomplished Head Chef with proven experience in international fine dining and premium restaurant operations in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have a strong culinary background, extensive experience leading high-end restaurant kitchens, and proven expertise across multiple international cuisines.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional culinary experience
• Minimum 3 years as Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine or equivalent senior culinary leadership role
• Proven experience in fine-dining or high-end restaurant operations
• Strong expertise in international cuisine, preferably across European, Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern and contemporary concepts
• Minimum 3 years of UAE culinary experience
• Currently based in the UAE
• Previous experience with renowned international restaurant groups, luxury hospitality brands or premium standalone restaurants
• Degree, diploma or recognized qualification in Culinary Arts
• Strong experience in menu development, menu engineering, food costing and kitchen management
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing professional culinary teams
