Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Officer IT Help Desk & Support to provide first-line IT support, manage incidents, and assist users with access, VPN, and email issues. The role requires a 2+ year track record in IT support and a background in IT or related field. You will work with ITSM tools and support desktop and printer configurations.

Qualifications include Windows OS and Microsoft Office proficiency, basic networking, and AD knowledge; certifications are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Provide first-level IT support for incidents and service requests.
• Log and track issues using ITSM tools (ManageEngine, ServiceNow).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Assist users with system access, VPN and email issues.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops and printers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant IT teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support/help desk.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or related field.
