Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of Hammam treatments including exfoliation, body wraps, and massages using traditional techniques and high-quality products.
2. Ensure that all treatments are carried out to the highest standards in line with company protocols and guest preferences.
3. Provide personalized recommendations and advice to guests on skincare and body care routines.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing and restocking supplies as needed.
5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their spa experience.
7. Collaborate with other spa team members to create a seamless and unforgettable experience for guests.
8. Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations and report any issues or concerns to the Spa Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hammam Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Certification in Hammam treatments from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Hammam techniques and products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
