Job summary

Simone's Tutoring seeks a Mindset Coach to help clients shift limiting beliefs and develop a growth mindset. You will coach students, parents, and individuals online or in homes, delivering personalised programmes with a focus on resilience and positive psychology.

This is a freelance/contract role with flexible hours and opportunities to build a private practice in Dubai. Ideal candidates hold an ICF-accredited qualification and have 2+ years of coaching experience, including cognitive

Qualifications

• ICF-accredited coaching qualification required.
• Minimum 2 years mindset coaching or transformational coaching experience.
• Training in cognitive reframing, NLP, or positive psychology is preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mindset Coach to help clients shift limiting beliefs, build a growth mindset, and develop the mental resilience needed to achieve their personal and professional goals.

You will work with students, parents, and individuals to transform unhelpful thinking patterns and create lasting positive change.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate mindset assessments and coaching discovery sessions

Deliver personalised mindset coaching programmes

Help clients identify and challenge limiting beliefs and fixed mindset patterns

Build clients' self-awareness, self-compassion, and inner confidence

Teach growth mindset frameworks and cognitive reframing techniques

Support clients through academic pressure, transitions, and setbacks

Integrate positive psychology principles into coaching sessions

Minimum Qualifications

ICF-accredited coaching qualification

Minimum 2 years mindset or transformational coaching experience

Training in cognitive reframing, NLP, or positive psychology

Strong ethical coaching practice

Preferred Qualifications

Positive psychology certification (e.g. MAPP or equivalent)

Experience coaching students or young adults

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

Own UAE Employment Visa

Green Visa

Freelance Permit

Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

Any other valid UAE work authorisation

• Compensation
• Earn 65% commission on all completed and fully paid coaching sessions and coaching packages.
