Bachelor s degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering , or a related field. Recently graduated in 2026 or 2025 . Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills are required; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, reporting tools, workflow automation, and confident use of AI tools to improve efficiency and automate work is a significant plus. Proven interest in automation, simplification and continuous process improvement; ability to translate recurring issues into practical, scalable solutions. Strong analytical approach with ability to interpret data, identify trends, anticipate risks, and prepare clear recommendations for decision-making. Good communication and stakeholder management skills, to work effectively in a matrix, international organization. Ability to organize and complete work with limited supervision, manage priorities under time pressure, and follow through on actions with attention to detail. Team player who takes initiative, challenges the status quo constructively, and looks for opportunities to improve service, reduce complexity, and create business value. Strong English business proficiency is required
