Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering.
Recently graduated in 2025 or 2026.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, reporting tools and workflow automation.
Clear interest in automation, simplification and continuous process improvement.
Strong analytical approach to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
Good communication and stakeholder management in a matrix international organization.
Ability to organize work with limited supervision, manage priorities, and detail-oriented.
Strong English business proficiency.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end supply chain orchestration for Gulf markets.
Prepare analytics, trackers, and enable decision-making with insights and scenario planning.
Monitor key performance indicators like stock-outs, service levels, OTIF and inventory health.
Maintain proactive communication and transparent status updates with partners.
Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize planning and execution processes.
Assist with automation initiatives by defining requirements and testing solutions.
Maintain master data and planning parameters to ensure data accuracy.
Build partnerships across Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Quality and other teams to support launches and improvements.
