Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 2025/2026 grads.
- Strong Excel and data analysis required; Power BI/Power Automate a plus.
- Experience with AI tools to improve efficiency and automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end supply chain orchestration for in-market planners.
- Prepare analytics, maintain action trackers, enable decision-making.
- Monitor key supply chain metrics like stock-outs and OTIF.
- Improve planning processes and automate manual activities.
- Define automation initiatives and dashboards with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain master data and planning parameters.
- Build partnerships with Finance, Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance.
