Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain orchestration and assist planners with recurrent tasks.
• Prepare analytics and maintain action trackers for Integrated Business Planning.
• Monitor KPIs like stock-outs, service levels, OTIF, and inventory health.
• Identify opportunities to simplify planning processes and reduce manual work.
• Define business requirements and improve dashboards to support automation.
• Maintain master data and planning parameters for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory teams to support risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain orchestration and assist in-market planners with recurrent tasks
• Support Integrated Business Planning by preparing analytics and maintaining action trackers
• Monitor key performance indicators including stock-outs, service levels, OTIF, and inventory health
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize planning processes to reduce manual effort
• Implement automation initiatives by defining business requirements and improving dashboards
• Maintain and improve master data and planning parameters for accuracy
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory teams to support risk mitigation and portfolio actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• Recently graduated in 2025 or 2026
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix, international organization
• Strong English business proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate
• Experience with workflow automation and AI tools to improve efficiency
• Proven interest in continuous process improvement
