Job summary

Arabian Ethicals is seeking a Commercial Brand Lead to drive new product launches and portfolio strategy in UAE markets. You will lead cross-functional teams across Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, and Supply Chain to ensure successful launches and sustainable growth.

The role requires 5–8 years in pharmaceutical branding or product management, with strong analytics, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement abilities. MBA preferred; UAE market experience highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant commercial qualification

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end commercial preparation and execution of new product launches across oncology, immunology, rare diseases, and other portfolios.
Develop pre-launch and launch plans, including positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation.
Conduct market assessments covering market size, patient population, treatment pathways, competitors, pricing, access, and growth opportunities.
Develop launch timelines, milestones, KPIs, resource requirements, forecasts, budgets, and business cases.
Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, and other relevant functions.
Track launch performance and implement corrective actions where required.
