Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Distribution Account Manager based in the UAE to lead distributor partnerships across the Gulf region, driving growth and enablement within Cohesity's partner ecosystem.

You will build joint business plans, expand Cohesity's footprint with distributors, and collaborate with Gulf sales, marketing and technical teams. The role requires 8+ years in distribution, a Gulf-market mindset, and travel >50% across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/math or related field.
• 8+ years in distribution/channel management.
• Proven success growing distributor networks in Gulf markets.
• Experience coordinating marketing investments with partners.
• Willingness to travel >50% across Gulf region.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage distributor partnerships and joint business plans.
• Drive awareness and demand for Cohesity with Distributor partners.
• Collaborate on bookings and GTM execution across the region.
• Forecast distributor pipeline with sales teams.
• Develop and lead distributor account strategies and plans.
