Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a professional Telephone Operator to be the first contact for guests, delivering efficient and personalized service.

You will handle guest calls, relay messages, coordinate with Front Office and other departments, and ensure privacy and accuracy in all communications.

Fluent English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus, and prior hotel experience with Opera PMS is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with hotel telephone systems and PMS.
• Strong guest service and etiquette.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls warmly and professionally.
• Process guest requests, wake-up calls, and messages.
• Transfer calls to correct departments or rooms.
• Log calls and requests in the hotel's PMS.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, outlets, promos.
• Follow SOPs for lost & found, emergencies, VIPs.
• Support interdepartmental communication.
• Ensure guest privacy and security.
• Assist Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Eng to fulfill requests.
• Provide information on local attractions and transport.
