Responsibilities

Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests.
Oversee Concierge operations, doormen, bellmen, valet parking and supervise the area.
Respond to complaints and find appropriate solutions.
Assist with guest reservations for air or other transport.
Provide information about attractions, facilities and services.
Ensure proper guest name usage and privacy.
Welcome guests warmly and bid them farewell.
Stay updated on hotel services and daily VIP requests.
Support front office operations within the Rooms Division.
