Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Back Office to support the Rooms Division in delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with Hyatt International's brand standards.

You will assist with the efficient running of the Front Office Operations and Reservations, collaborating with Marketing and Sales and other Rooms Departments to meet guest expectations while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Front Office Assistant, or Guest Services Officer - Back Office in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Front Office Operations and Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt's Brand Standards.
• Support the Rooms Division in managing the Front Office Operations and Reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless coordination with other departments.
