Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to attend guest requests and uphold the hotel’s service standards. You will handle calls, wake-up calls, and ensure a high level of personal service for guests, while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include reporting guest comments, managing inventory, and coordinating with departments to meet guests' needs.

• To answer and handle calls, wake-up calls and messages using telephone etiquettes and Rixos standards.
