Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel.
• Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks and long periods of standing.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Good communication and guest-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Take note of guest requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Ensure stock of amenities and linen on trolley.
• Clean bathrooms, beds, and rooms to hotel standards.
• Report maintenance concerns and hazards.
• Assist with end-of-shift handover.
