Rixos Bab Al Bahr is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel. You will respond to guest requests, manage room inventories, and ensure cleanliness and privacy as per the Housekeeping Operations Manual.

You will coordinate with all departments, attend daily line ups, and assist with administrative tasks and rosters. This on-site role in Abu Dhabi offers a competitive benefits package within Accor's hospitality network.

• Attend and handle all guest requests for internal services per hotel standards and procedures.
• Answer and handle calls, wake-up calls and messages, using proper telephone etiquette and Rixos standards.
• Ensure guests enjoy their stay by offering the finest personal service.
• Respect guest privacy and the confidentiality of information.
• Report any guest comments or complaints.
• Set up inventory and monitor supplies upon guest requests; update availability and order requirements in FMC with prior approval.
• Be aware of and follow emergency and security procedures; fulfill administrative tasks and filing.
• Coordinate with all departments to meet guests and operational needs, and inform heads when matters are delayed or not solved.
