Job summary

Hyatt in Dubai is seeking a courteous Hostess / Cashier to welcome guests to our hotel restaurants and F&B outlets, ensure smooth seating, and assist service staff as needed. The role emphasizes outstanding service, inventory handling, and seamless guest experiences.

You will ideally hold a Hospitality or Tourism management credential and bring at least two years of hotel operations experience, with strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests in hotel restaurants and Food & Beverage outlets.
• Manage the inventory of the outlet.
• Assist service staff whenever necessary.
