Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Hostess / Cashier to deliver exceptional guest service in our hotel restaurants and Food & Beverage outlets. You will warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and support the service team to maintain smooth operations.

In this role you will handle cashier duties, assist with inventory control, and help ensure accuracy and efficiency across all guest touchpoints, while upholding the brand's service standards and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests in hotel restaurants and Food & Beverage Outlets.
• Assist service staff and manage outlet inventory.
