The Food and Beverage Group is seeking a Host/Hostess in Dubai to warmly welcome guests and manage the front-of-house flow. You will handle reservations, seating, and provide a polished first impression in line with our brand standards.

As the first point of contact, you will coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest arrivals, accurate wait times, and exceptional hospitality during busy periods, while maintaining a professional appearance and brand presentation at all times.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm guest-facing manner.
• Experience using reservation platforms or booking systems is an advantage.
• Ability to remain calm, organised, and professional under pressure during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally on arrival and acknowledge departing guests courteously.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists accurately across approved booking channels and systems.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus where required, ensuring a smooth handover to the service team.
• Coordinate with managers and the service team to ensure smooth seating flow and balanced section management.
