Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
