Salayel Hospitality is seeking a Concierge in Abu Dhabi to deliver luxury, personalized guest services. The role involves assisting with reservations, transportation, and tailored arrangements while maintaining strict confidentiality for VIP guests.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Security to ensure flawless service. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of Concierge experience in premium hospitality, exceptional English communication, and a strong knowledge of Abu

Competenze

• 2–4 years’ experience as Concierge or Guest Relations in luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment.
• Experience handling VIP / high-profile guests preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions, restaurants, and lifestyle services
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS systems

Job Purpose
