Job summary

Hilton Dubai is seeking a dedicated team member for bell desk/guest services. The role covers assisting guests with luggage, escorting to rooms, and providing information about hotel facilities.

You will maintain a friendly, professional presence and support other departments as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience. Applicants should be able to lift luggage up to 50 lbs, communicate clearly, and handle multiple tasks in a busy hotel environment while upholding Hilton's service standards

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers with diplomacy.
• Ability to read English to ascertain information from luggage tags and claim checks.
• Ability to lift and move luggage up to 50 lbs continuously.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve guest items from various transport modes and transport using a bell cart.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
• Greet guests with a friendly, calm and attentive demeanor.
• Organize and store luggage in storage areas as needed.
• Answer queries and provide information about hours, directions, and services.
