Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and manage reservations, offering information on rooms, rates and hotel amenities.

You will respond to guest inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping, and assist VIP or event attendees. Upselling facilities and maintaining accurate records is also required.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Proven work experience as a Guest Service Agent
