Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel is seeking an Assistant Pastry Chef to lead pastry operations and contribute to menu development in a luxury setting.

You will supervise pastry staff, maintain high hygiene and quality standards, and collaborate with the Pastry Chef to innovate offerings for discerning guests in a busy luxury hotel environment.

Competenze

• Proven work experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef.
• Experience in a large hotel (500+ keys) is required; pre-opening experience is advantageous.

• Develops, designs, or creates new ideas and items for Pastry Kitchen.
